By downloading, installing, and using The Time Wallet mobile application ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this App.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application provided by The Time Wallet Inc. ("we," "us," or "our").

The Time Wallet is an offline time management and productivity application that helps users:

• Track time spent on mobile applications
• Create and complete productive tasks to earn time credits
• Set time limits for entertainment and social media apps
• Build and maintain productive habits
• Visualize productivity metrics and progress

Offline Operation: The App operates entirely offline and does not require an internet connection to function. All data is stored locally on your device.

The App is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the App at any time through app store updates.

To use The Time Wallet, you must:

• Have a compatible Android device
• Grant necessary permissions for app usage tracking
• Allow the app to display over other apps for blocking functionality
• Enable notification access for time alerts

You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements and for managing the permissions you grant to the App.

You agree to use The Time Wallet only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
• Attempt to bypass or disable the App's time-blocking functionality
• Use the App in a way that could damage, disable, or impair your device
• Distribute, sell, or transfer the App to third parties

Local Data Storage: All data generated by your use of the App is stored exclusively on your device. We do not collect, store, or have access to your personal data.

Your Responsibility: You are responsible for backing up your data if desired, as uninstalling the App will permanently delete all associated data.

Privacy: Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how the App handles data on your device.

Time Blocking: The App may block access to certain applications on your device based on your settings and available time credits. This functionality requires specific device permissions.

Accuracy: While we strive for accurate time tracking, the App relies on device-level data which may not always be perfectly precise.

Device Performance: The App is designed to minimize impact on device performance, but some monitoring functions may affect battery life.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of The Time Wallet Inc. and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You retain ownership of any data you create using the App, as this data is stored locally on your device and is not accessible to us.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Time Wallet Inc.:

• Makes no warranties or representations about the App's functionality
• Does not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Does not warrant compatibility with all devices or operating system versions
• Is not responsible for any data loss that may occur from App usage
• Does not guarantee the accuracy of time tracking or productivity metrics

In no event shall The Time Wallet Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any).

We may release updates to the App from time to time through official app stores. These updates may include new features, bug fixes, or security improvements.

You are not required to install updates, but some features may not work properly with older versions of the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through app updates or notifications within the App.

By You: You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. This will permanently delete all associated data.

By Us: We may discontinue the App or remove it from app stores at our discretion, though existing installations will continue to function offline.

These Terms will remain in effect until terminated by either party as described above.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Time Wallet Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction's arbitration association.
